To maintain the calming atmosphere of the spa and for the safety of your children, please make prior arrangements for child care. We request they do not accompany you to any spa appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving before your service will allow time should you have treatment forms to be filled.
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Treatment(s) may need to be customized due to the new allotted time or rescheduled. Your treatment will end on time as to not delay other clients.
Kindly, cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours prior to the service date. No shows may be subject to pay a portion of the scheduled service.
Please notify during the time booking with any health conditions or concerns. This could include high blood pressure, diabetics, allergies or any other medical conditions that may interfere with the treatment.
